Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship the Item
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
